1. Service Agreement
By engaging TrendSet Interior Design services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our design services include consultation, space planning, material selection, and project coordination as specified in your service agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are established based on project scope. Initial consultation fees are due upon booking. Design fees are typically split into installments aligned with project milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion.
3. Design Process
Our design process includes initial consultation, concept development, design presentation, revisions (up to 3 rounds included), and implementation coordination. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate space measurements, budget parameters, timeline requirements, and access to the property during agreed-upon times. Delays caused by client unavailability may affect project timelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, plans, and materials created by TrendSet Interior Design remain our intellectual property until final payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights for the specific project.
6. Warranty and Liability
We provide warranty coverage as specified in individual service agreements. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for design services. We are not responsible for contractor work quality or material defects beyond our control.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services with 48-hour notice for consultations or according to terms specified in project agreements. Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and expenses incurred.
